The bread and pastry shop, Saveurs Sucrées of Le Jardin des Sens, is the result of the association of an old pastry chef of Le Jardin des Sens : Lionel Hautbois and the Pourcel’s brothers as well as Olivier Château.
Saveurs Sucrées is located in the same avenue of Le Jardin des Sens, the famous avenue Saint-Lazare in Montpellier.

Jacques & Laurent Pourcel, by creating their own cook-house, wanted to share the universe of a great restaurant, the availability of the chef de cuisine (they are two as well), give you the opportunity to spend time in the intimacy of great chefs and their knowledge, with you.
The Atelier de cuisine (the cooking house) is located in front of Le Jardin des Sens, in Montpellier city center. It is a real home cuisine and welcomes all the addicted and cuisine lovers.
This workshop is dedicated to creation, discoveries, the workshop of the taste and the pleasure, a place to exchange, communicate, open ones mind ; this is a place where every one with or without any experience could learn through advises and special secrets from the chef and become familiar to some cooking technics.

All year long, classes for children and adults will be taught by the chefs Pourcel assistants, a free, simple and tasty type of cuisine, the Mediterranean cuisine.
Learn how to easily replace a missing kitchen utensil to improve a presentation, discover another cuisine, the one of the five senses.
Every class will be about a precise theme:
Learning all about "foie gras", appreciate the asparagus, elaborate the potatoes, try a special menu (ex. Christmas or Thanksgiving’s menu), becoming a dessert pro, mastering all about fish, understand a risotto… all of the matters that would make your life easier.

La cave du Jardin (The Jardin des Sens restaurant’s cellar), created in 2000 by the Pourcel brothers and Olivier Château, associated with two wine merchants Jacques Cairel and Gérard Bru, is moving downtown.
This wine cellar proposes, among the wines offered on Le Jardin des Sens menu, a large range of local wines: Costières de Nîmes, Côte du Roussillon, Coteaux du Languedoc…

Jacques & Laurent Pourcel and Olivier Château are keen of art and for the past 15 years (since the opening of Le Jardin des Sens) they have acquired a collection of young artists’ paintings.
In their restaurant Le Jardin des Sens, the art is “at home”. Each year, they invest in several paintings. This collection of contemporary paintings was born from emotions, feelings, and encounters.
Said Jean Dubuffet: « L’art est toujours là où on ne l’attend pas » ("Art is always where it is not expected to be.")
Unusual in a hotel or in a restaurant, the painting adds to the space its colours, volumes and forms. From one painting to another, from a favourite work of art to a newly discovered painting, it’s a happy wander fool of silences and emotions.
The art of painting has its place all over the different spaces of the hotel: lobby, floors, rooms, suites and even dinning room and basement. All these paintings, regularly, change place, from a room to another.
Invitation to discover the itinerary of a painting collection constantly on the move, for the sole pleasure of the eye, through the talent of young artists: Djamel Tatah, Bernard Quesniaux, Philippe Hortala, Emmanuelle Renard, Hervé Di Rosa, Robert Combas, Carole Benzaken, Pierre François, Jacques Bosser, Jean-Pierre Formica, Pepe Cerda, Xiao Fan, Philippe Hurteau, Christine Foulché, or as well Michel Huelin.
